2009: Company founded based on Business Process Management Solutions focused at the small and mid-sized companies who cannot staff their organizations on a permanent basis and need the assistance and experience of people who have worked, seen and accomplished what their organizations strive to achieve, but lack the in house skill sets or time to accomplish on their own.

• Net Work and Data Base: with over 19 years of experience in Information Technology consulting.  Experience has been focused on Enterprise Resource Planning and database management.  Capabilities include technology analysis, design and implementation, which has helped clients realize a reduction in spending with increased production.  An oracle, SQL and informix consultant, with a B.S degree in electrical engineering from the University of Delaware.  Serving as an IT specialist and a Forensic Computer Analyst for PPSC (Police Policy Studies Council).
